The production process

A clear process, with you in control.

Each target begins at a defined milestone—not from the first inquiry.

  1. 01

    Tell us about your lesson

Send a short brief. After scope confirmation and secure access setup, you supply slides, notes or a draft script, optional context, and any pronunciation preferences. We confirm usability, scope, extras, and the payment arrangement before the clock begins.

  2. 02

    Review script and preview

Within 24 hours after complete materials are confirmed

We target delivery of the full script by scene, a short presenter or voice preview where applicable, slide decisions, and open questions.

  3. 03

    Production

Within 48 hours after script, preview, and slide approval

Production begins only after script, preview, and slide approval—and once the project is ready under the agreed payment arrangement. Missing consent, revised scope, or customer delays pause the applicable target transparently.

  4. 04

    Review and download

Review the final video and production notes, then accept delivery or submit one consolidated in-scope revision request. MP4, SRT, VTT, and transcript files are listed separately by version and date.

The timing, at a glance

Targets start when you approve—not when you inquire.

24h

Script review target after materials are confirmed

48h

Production target after your approval

4

Files delivered: MP4, SRT, VTT, transcript

Targets are production goals, not guarantees. Missing consent, revised scope, or customer delays pause the applicable target transparently.

What you approve

Three checkpoints before anything is produced.

01

The script

Every scene, word for word, in your private review portal. Request changes or approve the exact version.

02

The presenter and voice

A short preview of the presenter or narration, where applicable, so nothing appears on screen unreviewed.

03

The slide decisions

How your visuals are placed, synchronized, and explained, with the presentation style acknowledged before production.
