The inquiry form collects contact details, project scope, timing, budget range, consent choices, uploaded teaching materials (slides, portrait, voice sample, and optional notes, kept in private studio storage), and basic abuse-prevention data.

Inquiry information is used to assess scope and contact you about the requested service. Likeness and voice samples are used only with your recorded consent, and only for videos you approve. Optional marketing consent is separate and is not required.

Qualified clients receive secure access for materials, review comments, approvals, and delivery records. Access is restricted to project members and authorized studio administrators.

Presenter and production platforms may process approved materials when required by the selected service. The final list of processors and retention terms remains an owner launch decision.
