Service terms

These terms are a working preview and are not ready for live payment until operator details, tax handling, payment timing, cancellation, refunds, and governing law are confirmed.

Scope

The accepted quote defines the video length, source materials, presenter or narration option, deliverables, review stages, price, and schedule. Pricing changes do not alter an accepted quote.

Customer approvals

The customer is responsible for approving educational content, slide content, pronunciation preferences, and the presentation direction. Approval records identify the exact versions approved.

Changes

The standard package includes one consolidated in-scope revision. Post-approval changes use a separate change order stating scope, price, and schedule impact. Studio production errors are corrected without an additional correction charge.

Rights and consent

Customers must have rights to share supplied materials. Likeness and voice use require separate authorization and may involve additional platform verification.
